Foundation chain: multiples of 4+1.
Row 1: 3 ch, *skip 1 ch, 1 dc in next ch, 2 dc shell in next ch, 1 dc in next ch, rep from * to the end, 1 dc in ch, turn.
Row 2: 1 ch, 2 sc in 2 dc, 2 ch, 2 dc tog in 2 dc shell, 2 ch, 2 sc, rep from to the end, turn.
Row 3: 4 ch, *1 dc in arch, 2 dc shell in 2 dc tog, 1 dc in arch, rep from * to the end, 1 trc in sc, turn.
Row 4: 1 ch, 2 sc in 2 dc, 2 ch, 2 dc tog in 2 dc shell, 2 ch, 2 sc, rep from to the end, turn.
Repeat row 3-4 until you have reached your desired length.
