Row 1: keeping all loops on the hook, skip 1 stith chain from hook and draw up a loop in each ch across, do not turn.
Row 2: yo, draw it through the 1st loop on hook, *yo, draw through next 2 loops, rep from * across until 1 loop remains.
The loop that remains on the hook always counts as the 1st st of he next row.
