Row 1: 3 ch, skip 4 ch from the hook, 1 dc in next ch, 2 ch, skip 2 ch, *3 dc in 3 ch, 2 ch, skip 2 ch, rep from * to the end, 2 dc in 2 ch, turn.
Row 2: 3 ch, *shell [1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc] in arch, rep from to the end, 1 dc in ch, turn.
Row 3: 1 ch, 1 sc in dc, 1 sc in ch, *3 ch, 1 sc in ch, rep from * to the end, 1 sc in ch, turn.
Row 4: 3 ch, 1 sc in arch, 3 ch, 1 sc in arch, *3 ch, skip arch, 1 sc in arch, 3 ch, 1 sc in arch, rep from to the end, 1 ch, skip sc, 1 dc in next sc, turn.
Row 5: 3 ch, 1 dc in ch, 2 ch, skip arch, *3 dc in next arch, 2 ch, skip arch, rep from to the end, 2 dc in arch, turn.
Repeat row 2-5 until you have reached your desired length.
