I usually use the slip stitch to connect the squares. But there are some details that you should know about. So I am working on a separate article about it. I’ll leave the link when it’s ready

You can make as many squares as you need (depending on the blanket size). And then just combine them together with a slip stitch. Soon I’ll add the post about it.
